A pōwhiri was held today for the newly appointed CEO of the Maniapoto Māori Trust Board, Amber-Lee Elliot (Ngāti Unu, Ngāti Kahu, Ngāti Pāhauwera). She says it’s an honour to work for her people whom she says are her priority moving forward into the new entity, Te Nehenehenui Trust.
