Today there are more than 14,120 new community cases of COVID-19 across Aotearoa with over 940 people in hospital with the virus – 25 people are in ICU or a High Dependency Unit. In the Waikato Region there are 1,333 new community cases and 68 people are receiving care for COVID-19 throughout Waikato DHB hospitals with 4 cases in ICU or HDU.
