11 Kiwi from Ōtorohanga Kiwi House are heading to Te Whanganui-ā-tara supported by Ngāti Hinewai and Whānau from Tārewānga Marae.
Maniapoto FM have been provided with exclusive access to be a part of this relocation program and will be sharing coverage of this kaupapa over the next two days. Our team will travel alongside the small delegation to see these Kiwi return to their natural habitat within the Red Rock Sanctuary near Mākara, Lower Hutt.
